I started in design. Then I went deep into code, because I wanted to build what I imagined without waiting for someone else. Then I led teams, because shipping well matters more than shipping alone. Each stage absorbed the previous one — so today I don't see strategy, design, code and delivery as separate phases. I see one connected system, and lately, AI is what's rewiring it.
Twenty years in, my work still runs on one principle:

AMLA
From appointment form to patient visit
A dental clinic needed a new multilingual website. I delivered it with AI across the whole workflow: content in three languages, and a custom integration that sends every appointment request straight into the clinic's ClickUp — tracking each patient from lead to visit. I set the spec and the edge cases; AI closed the gap to code.
Corporate site built around a bold visual concept. I developed the site and its animations, and pushed back on design where innovation risked usability — the brief demanded both.
The existing site was working against them. I redesigned and rebuilt it end to end — design, development and most of the content — with one goal: turning visits into player sign-ups. Lead volume through the form multiplied after launch.
A site that had to prove creativity, not claim it.
Portfolio for an established film producer — a client whose site has to prove creativity, not claim it. With very little material to work with, I designed, built and mostly wrote a site where the craft itself carries the weight. One person, the whole thing.
Corporate site for a luxury hotel, where the web is a direct booking channel, not a brochure. I built the site, crafted its animations and interactive layers, and worked closely with the design team as a technical sounding board. The critical piece: integrating Mirai's booking engine so the experience stays seamless from first scroll to confirmed reservation.
Corporate site for an indoor golf concept — a modern take on a famously traditional sector, and the site had to say so at first glance without losing clarity. I developed the site on a modular system, designing new modules as needs emerged, so the site grows by recombining pieces instead of rebuilding pages.

Technical direction of a digital agency: architecture, quality standards, budgets and delivery, working close to both the design team and the clients. Six years of deciding what gets built, how, and to what standard — for brands of very different sizes and sectors. It's also where AI entered my practice: first as a tool, then as a way of rethinking how digital work gets delivered.
Nine years, every rung of the ladder. I came in designing and left leading the frontend practice — learning the craft, then learning to be responsible for other people's craft. The foundations of everything above.
This long-term involvement reflects consistency, ownership, and trust built through results.
